All products sold by Blueboy Studios are created, packaged, and shipped by a small team. Due to high order volume, please allow up to 3 weeks for art orders, 4 weeks for body care products, and up to 6 weeks for 6 weeks for custom products.
All orders are shipped through USPS. Due to COVID-19, USPS encounters intermittent delays. Please extend patience as USPS updates orders in process. The average shipping time for packages sent through USPS is subject to change and delays.
There are NO REFUNDS for creative designs, commissioned products, or business services rendered. There are NO REFUNDS for custom products once they have been created for the client.
Once a commissioned product has been started for a client, there are NO REFUNDS for that commissioned product.
